 The 4 steps to start your personalized training program

1. Fill out the form below. It will be transmitted to your coach. This information will allow him/her to better understand your sporting background and will serve as a reference for the discussion you'll have together in the following days.

2. Once this is done, you will be able to complete your subscription for recurring monthly payments on your credit card. You will be able to choose the starting date (the approximate date where your training plan is expected to start) as well as the number of payments. You have the option to stop the recurring payments at any point in time by clicking on the link you'll receive in the confirmation email. At any point in time, you can always email us and we will proceed with the cancellation manually. Furthermore, in accordance with our terms of use, United for Sport will issue you a refund if you are not satisfied with your training plan or the services provided by your coach. 

3. Your coach will contact you within a window of 3 business days to obtain additional information about your objectifs and background, and discuss your training program in more details. He/she will then start building your training plan.

4. Your coach will then send you an email with instructions to activate your account on our platform called Total Coaching (or Training Peaks in some cases). Total Coaching allows you to access your training plan at all times and to communicate easily with your coach.
