Free training programs for Ultra-Trail Harricana 2019

Our free training programs are at the heart of United for Sport's mission : foster collaboration between elite athletes and their community. 

We are proud to offer 14-week training programs for the 10 km, 28 km, 42 km, 65 km and 125 km. For each distance, two versions are available to accommodate both those who are new to the world of trail running and those with more experience.

These programs were built by Mathieu Blanchard and Julien Lachance, elite trail runners who wish to share their knowledge and their passion for trail running. They studied in detail the race course to offer you programs tailored to this unique event. We sincerely hope that they will help you achieve your goals.

You will notice that the programs are structured as general guides to ensure they are suitable for most participants. United for Sport has several coaches, including Julien and Mathieu, who could design you a personalized training plan and guide you throughout the training and racing seasons.
